Hi nethra, this is to bring to your notice that I have ordered ghee and misri and khand sugar . I trusted your products by the way you project your transparency in what ever you are selling and the way you keep the customers updated like a family member. But I'm disappointed with the quality of ghee it's not giving any smell of ghee instead it gives some sort of bad odour like if we store ghee for long time that kind of smell I'm getting and in misri I saw some worms in brown colour. I thought I will not just buy the products from varadhi next time that's it thinking that this is also one of the other same online business where we see something and get something else in real. But as a woman i would like to share this feedback and I would be happy if you could consider it and act accordingly.
Ghee is also looking like oily instead of that grainy texture.
